Why online counselling?
Online counselling can make accessing support easier when you're fitting sessions around work, family and other commitments.
There are many reasons you might be looking for online counselling.
Maybe you recognise some of the following:
Feeling lonely, isolated, or struggling to find a sense of belonging
Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or feeling emotionally drained
Navigating relationships, family dynamics, or changes in your personal life
Questions around identity, self-worth, purpose, or the direction your life is taking
Career uncertainty, job loss, workplace stress, or changing professional direction
Balancing work, study, relationships, family life, and other responsibilities
Feeling overwhelmed by major life transitions or periods of change
Adjusting to new studies, a new career, or changes in your professional identity
Coping with grief, loss, relationship breakdown, or other difficult experiences
Feeling stuck, lacking confidence, or unsure how to move forward
Perfectionism, self-criticism, imposter feelings, or fear of getting things wrong
Finding yourself repeatedly putting other people's needs before your own
How counselling can help
Counselling cannot remove the challenges of modern life, relocation, international-living, or change, but it can help you:
Understand and process your experiences
Re-write your story into one that serves you now
Develop greater self-awareness
Strengthen resilience and coping strategies
Navigate relationships and family dynamics
Explore and strengthen your communication style
Reconnect with your values and priorities
Build a stronger sense of identity and belonging
Practicalities
Session length: 50 minutes
Location: Online via a secure video platform; I will ask you to ensure you are in a private place for our sessions with a reliable internet connection. Some people choose to take their phone outside and walk whilst we talk - this is usually no problem and we will talk about how to keep sessions private if you are outside.
Languages: English, French
Fees: In Switzerland, an online session is 140 francs. If you live in the UK, my rate reflects the market rate for UK counselling sessions, at £60 per 50 minute session.
Concessions: I understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, so I reserve a limited number of spots on a sliding scale in order to make counselling as accessible as possible - I'm happy to discuss this option.
Booking: Use the button below to contact me and book a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit.
