Geneva Parents Wellbeing Book Club
Are you a parent living in Geneva, interested in improving or maintaining your wellbeing and that of your family?
Do you buy self-help books about mental health, wellbeing, or parenting, only to watch them gather dust on a shelf (because let’s face it, life as a parent is busy!)?
If so, the Geneva Parents Wellbeing Book Club could be the community for you!
What to expect:
📚 We meet monthly at Pages & Sips, an English bookshop and café in Geneva’s old town.
📖 Each month, we discuss a different book suggested by our members.
☕ Enjoy informal discussions, share ideas, and gain helpful insights, while sipping tea or coffee in cosy surroundings.
🌍 The main language used is English, but all are welcome!
Next meeting: Date to be confirmed
Bring along a book or two to share, and together we’ll choose what to read for next time.
While the group is hosted by Emily, a qualified counsellor, please note this is not a confidential, therapeutic space, but rather an open, supportive community.
